		<description>Kristie, way to go, and habits can support regularity of a good thing. Habits and systems have gotten a bad name as they have been used to keep us in line. However when you invent them yourself so they actually support you in a way that really serves you, they are great. And if that means more time in nature I certainly would give them a go.
