Finally my first video is up! It took me quite some time to gather footage and edit footage for this video clip, but I’m happy to be learning something new and I have a feeling this mission will be a real experience.
This was my first time ever shooting with a camcorder and editing video and I must say I have a much greater respect for movie editors. What a job! Even though I experienced even more during my adventure at Spring Hammock Preserve, it’s hard to get it all in there. Maybe I’ll add some footage later.
HI Kristie
Lovely video. I liked that you held the pictures long enough in view for me to get a good look. I loved the bird sounds, not the planes and catching the hawk was beautiful. We have hawks flying in our valley too and they have enough wild life to eat; dead possums on the road which they clean up nicely. They also eat the baby chickens but that is life.
We also have a stream on our property and I love it. So beautiful; we have very shallow parts and luckily also a swimming hole.
Nature is so stunning, isn’t it and your video sure captured that.
Love Wilma
Thank you Wilma! Yes it is stunning indeed. I think all the different types of habitats are so interesting as I’m sure your little paradise looks much different from mine. The uniqueness is so cool! I would LOVE to have a stream on my property. Do you go hiking on it a lot?
